Refund & Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Item must be unopened and unused
• Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

• Opened or used items are not eligible for refunds
• Original shipping charges are non refundable
• The Pet Farm reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the requirements listed above
